MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:
- Supporting Local PV Team in managing daily administrative tasks
- Compiling and Maintaining local medical literature data and records updated as per instructions from senior personnel
- Having oversight of the Local Medical literature in countries all over the world
- Proactively seeking new information regarding the medicinal literature on websites
- Communicating with Medical libraries in different countries
- Help team with assigned documents completion, data upload into systems in timely manner
- Proactively participate in team meetings, learn new processes
- Develop ability to understand the processes
- Improve cooperation skills with team and stakeholders
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Excellent result delivery in line with PV team strategy
- Supporting Local PV team in daily activities related to vendors documents or/and data
- Participate in tasks execution solely and find a way to solve the problems, if any
- Propose new and creative ways of working with strictly regulated documentation
- Make Quality Checks of data/documentation and inform Line manager about Non-conformities
- Participate in team meetings
- Learn more about Pharmacovigilance services and Medicinal literature
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least basic understanding of Pharmacovigilance activities
- Preferably student of Pharmaceutical faculty in graduate year
- Intelligent, hungry and determined person with a pleasant character
- Willingness to learn and understand the industry
- Able to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Proactive, Problem-solver
- Proficiency in spoken and written English – we have multinational team of 25 nationalities
- Our office is in Prague, Czech Republic but fully remote work is possible
