The Vice Rector for University Development and Quality Assurance is responsible for the activities related to the development of the university and quality assurance. The Vice-Rector for University Development and Quality Assurance is primarily responsible for:

processes for evaluating the university at both national and international levels, which include:
- international accreditation
- comprehensive accreditation
- other quality assessments at both national and international levels
- preparation of strategic materials related to the development of UVMP
- activities related to the development of UVMP
- coordinating preparation of annual reports on the activities of UVMP
- preparation of annual reports on the assessment of quality at UVMP
- organizational support for the performance assessment of teachers and scientists at UVMP.
- implementation of employee evaluations by supervisors
- preparation of a budget plan to support teaching
- conducting questionnaire surveys
