Record book of clinical and professional practice

Record book of clinical and professional practice is document containing the records of practice, traineeships and performed activities of the student, completed during his/her study. Record book is issued by the UVMP in Košice and students are obliged to obtain it before completion of their first prescribed practice (in the 2nd and 4th year of study depending on the study programme). Students have to keep the record book accurate and up to date during the rest of their studies. Before the graduation, the record book must be submitted to the Study Office and kept archived in the student’s personal file.

Record books are available for students in the University Library and Editorial Centre or in the e-shop.
