I would like to inform all guarantors and students of the UVMP in Košice that on

April 17^th 2024

I impart the Rector’s Day Off for all students and PhD students of the UVMP in Košice studying in all study programmes in Slovak and English languages, without obligation to compensate for missed classes, on the occasion of Student Scientific Conference. The Rector’s Day Off does not apply to planned field trips.

All students (with the exception of students attending planned field trips) are obliged to attend Student Scientific Conference.

Programme of the Student Scientific Conference:

1. 09:00 a.m. – Opening of the conference in the Pavilion 39 (P-39)
2. From 09:30 a.m. until 01:00 p.m. – Presentation of works in individual sections:
   • Pre-clinical Section (language of proceedings: Slovak and English) – Pavilion 39 (P-39)
   • Clinical Section (language of proceedings: Slovak and English) – Pavilion 17 (P-17/A)
   • Section of Pharmacy (language of proceedings: Slovak) – Pavilion 35 (P-35)
3. 03:00 p.m. – Closing announcements of the conference in the Pavilion 39 (P-39)

In each section, the participation will be checked according to individual study years and programmes.
