Due to the current situation in connection with COVID 19 infection, teaching will be carried out in a distance online form. Unfortunately study activities cannot be done by physical presence.

Every student who wants to do sports in winter semester needs to have PE signed in AIS. Also it’s mandatory to send an email on beata.gajdosova@uvlf.sk from 8.9.2021 – 20.9.2021 and confirm registration on PE. Without email confirmation you won’t be registered.

At the end of the semester you need to get a credit.

Each of you likes to walk, run, do cross country skiing or cycle, hike, workout…

please, record these activities through STRAVA app (www.strava.com) and join our club https://www.strava.com/clubs/uvm-sports

Requirements:

• please upload 10 activities in total (preferably at least once a week) and mark only one lesson whichever you would like with name of activity starting L1, L2,.....to L10.
• for example : first lesson would look like this: L1 – Evening Run, next week L2 – Morning Hike and so on
• in the end of winter term we can make a results and also choose the best photo

STUDENTS CAN PERFORM THE ACTIVITY ANYTIME AND ANYWHERE !

Please try to start it and accomplish PE in this way. This program will motivate you to take regular physical activity.

It´s fun and at the same time you can compare . ENJOY IT.
