Announcement of Student Dormitories – Important !!!

Moving out from Student Dormitories is conditioned by providing a negative result of an antigen or PCR test not older than 96 hours. Before entering the building, student disinfects his/her hands in the entrance hall of the Dormitory. Negative test result does not have to be provided by the student in the following cases:
- he/she has recovered from COVID-19 and has a proof of recovery not older than 3 months,
- he/she is vaccinated against COVD-19 with a second dose of the vaccine and at least 14 days have passed since that vaccination.
- All students in the interior of the Student Dormitories must wear a properly fitted respirator FFP2 or FFP3, which covers the nose and mouth. Before entering the building, student disinfects his/her hands in the entrance hall of the Dormitory.
- During the moving out, it is forbidden to gather and meet inside the Student Dormitories.
- Students who are in quarantine or have been in contact with person who are in quarantine are obliged to inform Ms. D. Jacková, Ing. These students have their moving out temporarily postponed. The date of moving out must be agreed by e-mail: daniela.jackova@uvlf.sk.
- Students must announce/agree on the day of the moving out by e-mail: daniela.jackova@uvlf.sk and only when they receive a reply and it has been agreed on, they come to move out. Students can move out on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 15:30 p.m., or by agreement at another time.

Moving out:
Students are required to:- take all personal belongings from room
- open the windows in the room during the moving out and close them when leaving
- empty the refrigerator, unplug the refrigerator and leave its door ajar
- hand over the room key to the Student Dormitories secretariat, Ms. D. Jacková, Ing., or at the reception of the Dormitory.

Payment:
- overpayments: when resolving overpayments, it is necessary to send an e-mail at: daniela.jackova@uvlf.sk, which must contain: Name/Surname, name of the bank and account number, where the money will be gradually returned
- underpayments and debts: students are required to have paid all payments for accommodation on the day of the moving out
