On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my pleasure to invite you to the 44th annual conference HYGIENE ALIMENTORUM XLIV with topic "Meat and meat products - current problems and trends in production and marketing". The conference will be held on May 15 - 17, 2024 in Hotel Patria **** Štrbské Pleso in the High Tatras, Slovak Republic. We are also announcing the 9th conference competition entitled " Competition for the best food product of the conference HYGIENA ALIMENTORUM XLIV".
