On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my pleasure to invite you to the 43rd annual conference HYGIENE ALIMENTORUM XLIII with topic "Safety and Quality of Milk and Plant Commodities – Current Issues and Trends". The conference will be held on May 10 - 12, 2023 in Hotel Patria **** Štrbské Pleso in the High Tatras, Slovak Republic. We are also announcing the 9th conference competition entitled "The best edam-like cheese of the HYGIENA ALIMENTORUM XLIII conference".
