On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my pleasure to invite you to the 41th annual conference HYGIENA ALIMENTORUM XLI with topic "NEW TRENDS IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY AND SAFETY OF MEAT AND MEAT PRODUCTS", which will be held on November 21 - 23, 2021 in Hotel Patria **** Štrbské Pleso in the High Tatras, Slovak Republic. We are also announcing the 7th conference competition entitled "Competition for the best selected dry meat product of the HYGIENA ALIMENTORUM XLI conference". The competition will be aimed to the best Strážovská and Nitran salami this year.

NOTICE: Due to the circumstances related to the pandemic situation and the posibility of organising conferences for more participants, the organizers and co-organisers decided to organise the conference Hygiena Alimentorum XLI only for participants, who meet the criteria according to currently valid COVID Automat for "FULLY VACCINED PERSONS".
The organizers reserve the right to change the conference organization from a presence form to online depending on current epidemiological situation. All registered participants will be individually contacted by the members of the organizing board about such a possible change.
