First three semesters taken at the Nord University in Bodø studying basic biology subjects and final three semesters taken at the UVMP in Košice studying veterinary subjects.

Start your veterinary studies at Nord University in Bodø and continue your studies at the University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy (UVMP) in Kosice, Slovakia. We offer an exciting joint degree in Animal Science corresponding to the first three years of veterinary studies. The first 1,5 years are in Bodø. The next three semesters you'll continue the program at our partner institution UVMP. Here you'll be introduced to veterinary medicine. Students who complete their bachelor degree in Animal Science, are guaranteed transfer to further studies (3 more years) at the EU-accredited veterinary studies at UVMP.
