Legal Affairs and Human Resources Department
The Legal Affairs and Human Resources Department ensures the complex performance of the legal agenda for UVMP. The Legal Affairs and Human Resources Department consists of four referates. Referate of Legal Affairs prepares and reviews all contracts concluded under the Civil Code and the Commercial Code; cooperates in the creation of legally important documents of the employer and its internal regulations; processes claims and other submissions in civil, commercial, and other matters; represents an employer in legal proceedings, in arbitration proceedings, in bankruptcy proceedings, in enforcement proceedings, in administrative proceedings, in proceedings before law enforcement authorities, in the prosecutor's office and in the trade licensing office and secures the claims and damages to the UVMP. Referate of human resources performs the work of recruiting, changing employment, and decoupling; maintains a comprehensive agenda related to employment, personal records and employment-related employment; Represents an employer in labor matters in court proceedings, work inspectors and other bodies; prepares and organizes selection procedures; keep records of job seekers. Registry ensures the performance of the work in the register of the basic register of records in the employer's central logbook and the normal running of the agenda related to the performance of the activity in the registry. Archive provides professional activities in the field of registry administration in accordance with the legislation.
