Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my pleasure to invite you to the 46^th annual conference HYGIENE ALIMENTORUM XLVI with topic "Trends in the production and sale of the safe dairy and plant-based products". The conference will be held on May 13 - 15, 2026 in Hotel Patria**** Štrbské Pleso in the High Tatras, Slovak Republic.
We are also announcing the 12^th conference competition entitled "The competition for the best food product of the HYGIENA ALIMENTORUM conference".
