On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my pleasure to invite you to the 45^th annual conference HYGIENE ALIMENTORUM XLV with topic "Trends in the production and sale of quality and safe poultry, fish and game products". The conference will be held on May 14 - 16, 2025 in Hotel Patria **** Štrbské Pleso in the High Tatras, Slovak Republic. We are also announcing the 11^th conference competition entitled "Competition for the best food product of the conference HYGIENA ALIMENTORUM XLV".
