On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my pleasure to invite you to the 40^th annual conference HYGIENE ALIMENTORUM XL with topic "Safety and quality of dairy and plant commodities", which will be held on the occasion of 70th anniversary of founding the University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Košice.

The conference will be held on May 15 - 17, 2019 in Hotel Patria **** Štrbské Pleso in the High Tatras, Slovak Republic. We will be glad for spreading the conference information further to your colleagues at the workplace or colleagues from other institutions.
