UVMP in Košice was awarded at the prestigious competition National Quality Award of the Slovak Republic
The University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Košice won the top prize for the 19th year of the National Quality Award of the Slovak Republic (CAF) instead of the Awarded Finalist. On November 20th, 2018, the prize was taken over by the rector of the University, Prof. Jana Mojžišová, DVM., PhD., Dr. h. c. and Vice-Rector for University Development and Quality Assurance Prof. Jozef Nagy, DVM., PhD., from the Prezident of Slovak Office of Standards, Metrology and Testing Ing. Pavel Pavlis in the Hall of the Constitution of the SR in the historic building of the National Council of the Slovak Republic.
National Quality Award of the SR is the most prestigious national quality award for organizations because, as the only one in the Slovak Republic, it offers organizations in the business sector and public administration the opportunity to highlight their strengths, evaluate according to European recognized criteria and confirm their excellence.
