We regret to inform you that due to the unfavourable society-wide situation and measures related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Conference Organizing Committee has decided to move the International Scientific Conference HYGIENE ALIMENTRORUM XLI to online platform. For this reason, the conference will only take place on November 23rd, 2021.

We firmly believe that this form of the conference will not discourage you and you will remain faithful to us during this and other years of the International Scientific Conference HYGIENE ALIMENTORUM.
