This singular event is introducing topics related to animals´ protection as well as to problems connected with lost and abandoned animals, animal shelters, pet excrements in public places, animal registration and identification shortcomings and offences con− joined with animal breeding, infectious diseases and experiences in activities of competent authorities, too. It is authorities of the local self−government, public policy bodies, municipal councils and state administration, private foundations, private vets, cynolo− gy unions and establishments that professionally deal with problems connected with animals´ breeding.
