Rector´s directive related to preventive measures against coronavirus spread
Considering current epidemiological situation in COVID – 19 outbreaks in Europe and Slovakia:
1. I interrupt the presence method of educational process from March 10th 2020 to March 13th 2020.
2. I cancel all field trips and excursions until further notice.
3. The educational process will take the form of self-study during this period. Students are required to study the missing topics in accordance with the syllabus and the recommended literature.
4. Students living at the UVMP Dormitories are recommend to consider their stay at Dormitories depending on the epidemiological situation at the place of their residence.
5. Sate examinations, including dissertation examinations, will be conducted according to the original schedule.
6. Students residing outside the Slovak Republic are not recommended to travel abroad.
7. I cancel all foreign business trips for all employees until further notice.
8. Employees returning from a foreign business trip from a coronavirus-infected area are ordered to work at home for 14 days according to the instructions of their direct supervisor.
9. I order to tighten the daily hygienic regime of premises and persons in workplaces according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Slovak Republic.
10. I order to cancel all professional, social, cultural, club and sporting events and other events until further notice.
11. I cancel all meetings of self- governing authorities until further notice.
12. Employees and students are obliged to follow up-to-date information regularly updated on the university's website according to the current epidemiological situation.
