List of new measures taken:
- The Government will restrict the free movement of persons for the period from Wednesday 8 April from 00.00 to Monday 13 April to 23.59.
Exceptions are:
- travel to and from work and in connection with the conduct of business activities,
- shopping,
- doctor visit
- outdoor activities within the same district,
- the funeral of a relative,
- care for a relative or a neighbor's help.
In the case of Bratislava and Kosice, the regulation applies within the city.
- The government has banned the right of peaceful assembly during these days, with the exception of persons living in the same household.
- Compliance with the ban will be checked by the Interior and Defense Departments, and penalties for not respecting them.
